No Trainee or Unqualified Driving Instructors: Some national and local driving schools rely upon unqualified driving instructors for franchise income. But this often means that new drivers are taught by driving instructors who may never qualify because they are deemed as giving driving tuition, classed by the Driving Standards Agency (DSA), as potentially dangerous!
