means our

INSTRUCTOR/S
"FRANCHISED"
means a self
employed
driving
instructor
paying us a
small fee to
display and
use our
driving school
logo
"YOU", "YOUR"
means YOU
- Our
Instructors
are self
employed and
franchised to
us
- When you
book driving
lessons with
A1LEARNERS.COM
you enter into
an agreement
to learn to
drive with an
Instructor
franchised to
us
- We might
replace your
Instructor. We
will tell you
if we need to
do this
- You can
decline our
replacement
instructor and choose an
alternative
Driving School
without
further
penalty (but
you must pay
us any lesson
payments or
DSA test fees
owed by you to us at
that time)
- We
strongly
advise you to
make pre paid
lesson
payments
payable
directly to
us. If you do
this we take
responsibility
for your
payments
- We cannot
be held
responsible
for advance
payments made
directly to
your
Instructor
- From time
to time our
driving
instructors
might
introduce
tariffs,
offers or
terms
different from
our current
web site. Any
agreement by
you to accept
any tariffs
offers or
terms not
published on
our website is
at your
discretion. We
strongly
advise you
against
entering in to
any private
agreement with
our Driving
Instructor
which may be
less
favourable to
the terms
shown here

any change to
price,
conditions or
current
practice on
this web

- We reserve
the right to
change our
lesson prices
at any time,
introduce new
or additional
tariffs or
make changes
to our terms.
We will always
publish those
changes on our
web site
- If any new
terms or
tariffs are
detrimental to
you, you may
cancel our
services
without
notice, less
any payments
due to us at
that time. We
will refund
you any pre
paid lesson
fees that we
hold on your
behalf
- We might
insist upon a
two hour
assessment
lesson rather
than an
independent
evaluation
This is most likely to apply when you contact us with a pre-booked driving test (either booked privately by you, or by someone acting on your behalf)
- An
independent
evaluation is
deemed by us
to be an
explanation by
you, or
someone acting
upon your
behalf, of
your driving
skills either
by email or
telephone. An
independent
evaluation
includes
opinions made
by other
driving
schools or
instructors
not franchised
to
A1LEARNERS.COM
- If you
agree to an
assessment
lesson or
evaluation
with us you
must accept
that our
assessment
debrief and
subsequent
recommendations
cannot be
considered as
a guarantee of
passing your
driving
test
- We cannot
guarantee a
driving test
pass and we do
no not offer a
guaranteed
pass
course
- We cannot
be held
responsible
for the
mechanical
failure either
prior to or
during any
driving lesson
or driving
test. We will
endeavour to
provide
continuous
tuition but we
cannot
guarantee a
similar
vehicle or the
same
Instructor
- If you
decline our
replacement
vehicle or
Instructor
then
A1LEARNERS.COM
will not be
responsible
for any
losses,
financial or
otherwise,
incurred by
you
- If, at any
time, our
ongoing
evaluation of
your driving
skills varies
significantly
from yours we
will tell you.
This is most
likely to
occur when
progress has
apparently
been made but
has proved to
be
inconsistent.
This might
result in our
postponement
or
cancellation
of a driving
test booking.
We will tell
you if we need
to do this
- If we
consider you
are not ready
for a booked
driving test
we reserve the
right to
cancel or
reschedule the
test and if
appropriate,
obtain a
refund from
the Driving
Standards
Agency (if we
paid for the
Driving Test
on your behalf
and we did not
receive
reimbursement
from you). We
will always
offer you the
opportunity to
reschedule
your test
- We will
always tell
you in advance
if we consider
you unsuitable
or unsafe for
a practical
driving
test
- We reserve
the right to
refuse our
vehicle and
Instructor if
we consider
that your aim,
stated or
implied, is to
use
A1LEARNERS.COM
as a "car hire
company" for
the purpose of
a driving
test
- A "car hire company" is defined by us as an explicit wish to use a Driving School car as a requisite to gaining a full UK DRIVING LICENCE

- When you
book driving
lessons, our
Instructors
act in good
faith and make
themselves
available for
the time you
request. If
you cancel
your driving
lessons with
less than 2
days notice
then you are
liable for the
cost of the
lesson or
lessons that
you previously
booked. If you
cancel,
without the
required
notice, a pre
paid driving
lesson you
will be
debited the
pre paid
fee
- You must
take all
reasonable
steps when you
book a driving
lesson to
ensure that
you have both
the time and
funds to meet
your
commitment.
Any decision
to enforce or
waiver this
charge will be
at the
discretion of
your
Instructor
- If we
cancel your
lesson with
notice of less
than 1 day you
may, at our
discretion, be
entitled to a
free lesson.
However,
illness,
mechanical
failure or
traffic
conditions or
any other
circumstance
reasonably
unforeseen and
beyond our
control will
not be a valid
reason for a
lesson
refund
- We will
always act in
your best
interests in
any dispute
you may have.
Any decision
that
A1LEARNERS.COM
makes must be
considered as
final. You
have the right
to cancel any
future lessons
that you may
have
previously
booked but not
paid for

will endeavour
to maintain,
as far as is
possible, a
functional and
safe
vehicle
- By
agreeing to
take driving
lessons from
A1LEARNERS.COM
it is accepted
that you have
read and
agreed to our
terms and
conditions

will not
accept, in any
situation,
that you have
not read our
terms and
conditions
- If you are unhappy with any of our trading terms and conditions do not apply for driving lessons
